Silver leafed Gazania was new in my garden last spring. (It seduced me with its silvery foliage and I took it home and planted it despite the drought. Little did I know at the time that it was going to be 105 degrees for 3 months in a row) I planted 2 clumps. One clump made it through the drought and reseeded itself. The other clump died about 90 percent of the way back. This is the large surviving clump and is now flowering:
Gorgeous!:

Love the silver leaf/sunny yellow combo, but I've never gotten gazanias to take in my garden. Glad to see it's possible for them to survive and thrive here!
