Begonia. I overwintered these tubers with resounding success:
Fuchsia, black and blue salvia, hot lips salvia, hawkshead fuchsia, and red geranium in pots:

It's been a long time since I haven't had much of anything in the ground to show off and feels a bit weird, but that will be fixed as time goes on. I've got a big project ahead of me and soon I'll have many wonderful and fun things to share. For now its all about planning, dreaming, and building. Happy Bloom day everyone!

Ah, fuchsias! My mother loved them. We can't grow them here, too hot and humid. Yours are oh so pretty!
You have some pretty flowers for Bloom Day. I love the fuchsias and petunias. Unfortunately I have given up on petunias because of the petunia budworms and the fuchsias in the coastal garden are being destroyed by the fuchsia mites! But thankfully there are other hardy flowers that want to grow. I enjoyed seeing your photos.
I hope the move is going smoothly...and I bet you are itching to get out there and plant!
